WOD no es m\u00e1s que la manera que tienen los crossfiteros para referirse al <strong>Workout Of the Day<\/strong>, es decir, se utilizan para referirse al entrenamiento del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>La primera vez que te apuntas a un entrenamiento de CrossFit y llega la hora de entrar, por la mente se te pasan pensamientos de todo menos positivos, \u00bfverdad?. No te preocupes porque no eres el \u00fanico, nosotros tambi\u00e9n los tuvimos y, de hecho, hasta el crossfitero m\u00e1s experimentado del mundo se puso nervioso ante su primer entrenamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque al principio pueda resultar un poco intimidante, acudir a algunas clases a modo de introducci\u00f3n en el CrossFit es algo fundamental. Sirve para poder aprender la t\u00e9cnica de los ejercicios y as\u00ed evitar lesiones o molestias musculares. Y, en definitiva, para poder tener la seguridad de que estamos realizando cada ejercicio correctamente.<\/p>\n<p>Si quieres saber m\u00e1s del mundo CrossFit antes de tus primeras clases, aqu\u00ed tienes los 9 movimientos fundamentales. Por eso, para ir calentando motores para cuando te presentes a los pr\u00f3ximos Open Games (porque querr\u00e1s) te dejamos este <strong>WOD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Puede parecer lo m\u00e1s simple y f\u00e1cil pero no te dejes enga\u00f1ar por las primeras impresiones&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Movimientos: Burpees.
